Race, Racial Identity and Racism in Early Childhood

Research shows that children develop racial biases between ages 2-4. Explicitly discussing race and racism in developmentally appropriate ways is an important step in creating an anti-racist environment. Further, nurturing racial pride benefits children of color socially, cognitively, and academically. Please join us as Dr. Flóra Faragó guides us to a better understanding of how we can create nurturing environments where all children are supported and affirmed.
